Journaling is a powerful way we can meditate on God's Word and communicate back to Him. The STAR method is an easy framework to listen to the Lord, make an application, and respond back to Him in prayer.

Here's how it works:

S - Scripture - List the Scripture.

T - Topic - What is this Scripture saying?

A - Application - How does the Scripture apply to me as a competitor?

R - Response - Write a prayer to God about it.

Journal entries can be short or long. Spend time with Jesus and make it your own!
